The first and most …
The first and most importance difference between Dojo BJJ and MMA BJJ is that in a dojo, a gi is generally worn. In MMA, gi’s, for the most part, aren’t allowed in tournaments. The difference between gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu is huge.

is it a big …
is it a big difference between mma bj and strikt bjj? meaning can you develop great bjj skills i mma that will allow you to call your self not ownly mma practitioner but a bjj practitioner ?? can you develop great bjj knowledge in mma or do you just learn the basics of bjj?

Generally they are …
Generally they are risker but also ’stronger’. You have to be (or end up) very close to make contact. As for stronger it depends on the type of punch/ puncher’s size & frame. The elbow is a stronger joint (if used correctly, obviously it has limitations based on which way its bending) compared to a fist which has lots of little, easily broken bones.
